Shipping policy

FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders above 100€

Allow up to 1 business day for processing. All Shipping orders ship via DHL.

  • Next day personal delivery (only available in the city of Dusseldorf)
  • DHL Basic: does not include insurance nor tracking number.
  • DHL Full: Includes tracking number plus insurance.
  • DHL Express: Includes the express service plus tracking number (Insurance included only in Germany).

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

 

Germany

DHL Full

DHL Full is set by default and free for orders over 30€. Includes package tracking number and insurance up to 500€. These packages are processed the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (European time zone). These packages should arrive in 2-4 business days from the reception of the package in the DHL office, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

DHL Express

DHL Express shipping options are available on the checkout page. 

 

European Union

DHL Full

DHL Full is set by default and free for orders over 30€. Includes package tracking number and insurance up to 500€. These packages are processed the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (European time zone). These packages should arrive in 2-8 business days from the reception of the package in the DHL office, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

DHL Express

DHL Express shipping options are available on the checkout page and does not include insurance. 

 

Rest of the world

DHL Basic

DHL Basic is included on any purchase over 100€. These packages are processed the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (European time zone). These packages should arrive in 5-15 business days from the reception of the package in the DHL office, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

DHL Full

DHL Full is free for orders over 150€. Includes package tracking number and insurance up to 50€. These packages are processed the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (European time zone). These packages should arrive in 7-15 business days from the reception of the package in the DHL office, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

DHL Express

We do not offer the DHL Express delivery outside of the European Union.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Dusseldorf within 1 business day (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

We currently ship to All the European Union, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using DHL. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the EU.
